For the convenience / preference of my patients, I offer in person, virtual, or telehealth sessions. Below outlines an example of the average schedule. I will work with each individual patients unique needs to find the best modality.


10 Minute Complimentary Consultation

Here’s where we get to know each other. We will hop on a call so you have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. In this consultation, I can get a little more of an understanding of what you are trying to achieve and you can feel comfortable with me as the right fit to help you.

 

60 Minute Intake Session

This session will let me dive deeper into your struggles and goals. We’ll outline a plan of action and determine:

  1. The right cadence and process for your unique needs

  2. What tools I can help get you equipped with 

  3. Small achievable goals to get you on your way

 

45 Minute Weekly Sessions

Here’s where the real work happens! This allows us to check in, optimize and discover more ways to improve your mental and emotional health. The goal is continual improvement, not an overnight fix, and here’s where we do the work to ensure that.
